Very good and close to the city center so you don't have to have trouble finding food, cleanliness is also guaranteed.

there were nail clippings in the bedroom and chairs, the bathroom mat was not installed. But it didn't become a significant problem until my wife and I entered the room and it seemed like someone wanted to enter (maybe the wrong room but it was still annoying and several times our door sounded like there was a knock), the next room didn't know what they did until the walls made noise, people's conversations passing by in front of the room penetrated the room. Sorry there is no documentation because we think this can be improved to be better. especially the facilities and cleanliness of the room.

Usually the Premier TV is a smart TV, but instead it's a regular digital TV, sometimes the water heater works, sometimes it doesn't, usually the original Premier TV works.

sorry there are some assessments from us, maybe we did order a cheap room / standard room but in block D the room was not clean, noisy at night because the cafe or whatever was downstairs until 2 am loud music. then many teenagers chat loudly and shout. some other rooms reprimanded but ignored, maybe if you stay there again, ask for an area far from the cafe / karaoke wkw. also we found used k * dm that looked like it had been found for a long time under the sofa bed. for those who check in must also maintain its cleanliness guys. actually this hotel is spacious with good facilities, close to the campus area but yeah hehe

With that price, the place is clean, the staff is friendly. Parking is far away, no elevator is still tolerable with the cheap price of lodging. But if it is noisy, it cannot be tolerated, especially when there is an outdoor event from noon to 10 pm, the sound is on and you can't rest.
