Loved my stay. Front desk personnel were lovely and efficient. Very nice atmosphere.

No complaints. Nice hotel and clean comfortable room.

Was disappointed that refrigerator didn't have a freezer I needed my ice packs frozen.

Really good experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. We at at the bar inside hotel very nice and great food definitely recommend staying here. The only negative thing is bed was alittle firm but that just my preference but was still comfortable!

We had someone next door to us making loud noises till 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk at midnight and they didnt take care of the problem. I asked them for a later check out time and they wouldn't work with me, and they claimed I didnt call. I guess you have to record or video everything to get the correct service. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it.

Nicest thing in El Dorado

Super friendly clean and organized. I would prefer a softer bed.

Room was not cleaned properly as dirt and dust on the floor in the bath and the shower walls were not clean either. Stayed over Thanksgiving and no maid sevice so room remained uncleaned nor made up. In room coffee sucks (Starbucks and Green Mt). Hilton could do better for $200/night rates.

The hotel was beautiful. It was perfectly located for walking everywhere in the downtown district. Our only disappointment was waiting and waiting for a chance to eat breakfast. We finally gave up waiting for the refill of food and left to go elsewhere to eat. The staff, the room, and the location was great, though!

Hotel is literally the best in town. It was clean, the staff was friendly, I felt very safe and the morning breakfast was great. If you are lucky, they will have the biscuits and gravy it was AMAZING! If you are going to EL Dorado there is no reason to stay anywhere else, trust me.
