Dirty room, sticky floor, lots of cockroaches, not as per the photo.

Too many small cockroaches. Poor hygiene, making sleeping uncomfortable.

Could you please check the unit again to make sure there are no cockroaches at all?

The hotel staff was very informative.

The city view is great, perfect for relaxing while looking at the toll road, just have to be patient with the property owner 😔 because the response is slow, but the employee is very kind and will take you to the lobby. If you want to check in here, don't hesitate. The room is clean and comfortable ❤️

I booked a room for five days, but never got to stay there. The owner couldn't be reached. I asked where I could get the key, but there was no answer. Phone calls went unanswered. Even when I went to the security guard, they didn't show up. Very disappointing.

The admin was incredibly slow to respond. They even reported a power outage, and no one answered my phone. I was a little disappointed, but that was it.

Satisfied, the admin is friendly and the room is clean, the bathroom is quite clean, I will be a regular customer of this place in the future.

Extremely dirty and poorly serviced. The owner didn't know it was dirty. I checked in at 9:00 PM. I had already notified the number listed. But at 9:00 PM, the room was horribly dirty.

I've stayed here several times, overall it's good and not disappointing. The sheets were dirty and itchy, the room was really dirty, the floor was dirty, there were loads of small cockroaches, and the bathroom, what's more, had never been cleaned.

The room was full of cockroaches and there was moss on the outside wall. It smelled of cigarette smoke and discarded cigarette butts.

The sheets were dirty with lots of liquid stains, there was no wifi at all.

The AC is not cold enough and cleanliness needs attention, the staff are friendly and good

Don't book here, the service is not only bad but also don't intend to check in until 8 pm only to be contacted, when you enter the room is very dirty as if it has never been cleaned, the bed base is broken, the owner is difficult to contact. People book for 2 nights but only one night already called to ask to return the key and speak rudely to the customer.
