The staffs were very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was chef’s kiss. I suggest expanding the pool as it only fits for 2 adults.

Aston Cilegon is okay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The hospitality is good. The staff is friendly. Suggestion: Add facilities for kids, such as a playground, as they are a bit bored with the only activity being swimming.

The location is hidden but the parking is spacious, overall it's good, but a lot of the breakfast food is out of stock so you have to wait a long time for refills, and in-house dining is also quite long.

It is a smart hotel (and the smart TV is awesome too), that's what makes it unique compared to most hotels including among Aston group, and one of the main reasons my 3 gen Z children love to have staycation at Aston Cilegon every Eid Fitr

All the staff were friendly and efficient. I had iftar on the first day of Ramadan, and the restaurant staff were all friendly. The food was varied. I forgot my smartwatch yesterday and it was found by the staff. Very trustworthy. Thank you.

Thank you Aston Cilegon.. My first experience staying here and very satisfied. Booked the ofura suite room type and was helped by a free upgrade to the Aston suite type. Got a lot of welcome cakes. The room was spacious, satisfied soaking in the ofura. The swimming pool is comfortable and the kids love it because it has a jacuzzi too. Thank you Sis Sofia who was very friendly and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Hopefully one day we can stay here again... Success to Aston Cilegon.
