I was surprised by the low price, but the room was clean, nice, with really cool air conditioning, and spacious. Highly recommended, I'll definitely book this again.

The room is super spacious with very complete facilities. It is a budget hotel but with the facilities of 3-star hotels. All the staff is amazing, ready to help anytime. It's simply gonna be my 2nd home in Jakarta ♥️

Comfortable & Tranquil The staff’s are friendly

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out times were excellent, and the coffee was excellent.

The paint in the room was dirty. The bathroom fixtures were also inadequate for a hotel of Jambuluwuk's stature. The TV was relatively small for the room, but it was a smart TV. The towels were a bit rough, and the bedsheets, curtains, and sheer curtains needed replacing.

The room is very spacious. Comfortable. Right in front of the swimming pool. It was very comfortable for up to 6 days.

Even though the reschedule was due to my own fault, I still got a comfortable room like before. This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back if I have an event around Blok M or GBK :)

Comfortable and nice, close to the city center

I happened to stay here because there was a family nearby. The place is quiet and not noisy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I've been a regular guest here, staying for 1-2 nights almost every week. The atmosphere is very homey, the facilities are quite complete. There's a kitchen, and water is refillable. There's a smart TV and I'm already subscribed to Netflix. The staff is also very helpful. I always contact them via WhatsApp before arriving, requesting the AC be turned on before I arrive. The security team is very helpful. I find the room very comfortable, the room is large, and the atmosphere is laid back. The price is also not expensive, especially for this area. The location is also very strategic, close to everywhere.

Upon entering the room, there was a slight fishy smell from the pool, as my room was directly facing it. I eventually asked the receptionist for some air freshener, and it was largely resolved. The pool was also dirty, but it was cleaned promptly when I complained. The pillows were also flat, making them uncomfortable. The cleanliness could be improved, but otherwise, it was fine.
