Bed type was different from my booking. Although I booked a king bed, the receptionist told me that the king bed room was already full. I asked him what advance booking means if so, but he just repeated the same wording, “sudah kosong” (already empty). It was quite a stressful stay for me.

The facilities are all excellent, and it's connected to a mall, so finding food is easy. However, the service is a bit lacking. I booked two weeks ago, but when I checked in at 3 p.m., the receptionist informed me that the room wasn't ready yet and I had to wait another hour. The room was ready/checked in at 2:00 p.m. WIB.

The hotel staff was very friendly and thank God the check-in didn't take too long, only half an hour. The room was clean, toiletries were complete, there was a hair dryer, safe, and refrigerator. The swimming pool was clean, only access to the swimming pool was up the stairs after taking the elevator to the 7th floor. For breakfast, perhaps the menu could be more varied, perhaps adding pudding, bread pudding, various sweet breads, sponge cakes, various fried foods, a vegetable lontong booth, a yellow rice booth, a boiled/fried Indomie booth. For the food available, the taste was already delicious.

Room is okay. It's clean, the bed pretty solid, internet pretty fast and location pretty good. Good location was the only reason I stayed in this hotel. Things that were not comfortable, at least for me: - The Hotel-Mall connecting door should be one of strong points, but they like to close it more. Open only on weekend. - Lack of amenities. No bath soap, they just gave me shampoo for hair and body. - Room is not sound proof. You can even hear your neighbour chat and noise from outside like truck, car horns, etc. - Bad shower room design. This section was the worst Room design that I've ever seen in my life. The water spilled to anywhere around and potentially harm yourself if you're not becareful.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the facilities are affordable for the 400-plus rupiah price, especially during the Eid holiday. Room amenities include a smart TV, a bathtub, and a refrigerator. Highly recommended for a change of pace and a staycation. The kids can also enjoy swimming in the pool. The only issue was a slightly late check-in time; we didn't get our room until 4:30 PM. This may have been due to the high occupancy rate, which wasn't matched by the attentive housekeeping staff. Overall, the room was clean and tidy. Thank you for the service.
