The room was small and compact, with a hairdryer. I think it would be better if the cleanliness was improved. Besides the clean bed, the floor wasn't even swept; there was hair everywhere. Luckily, there were two pairs of slippers in the room; otherwise, I wouldn't have dared to wear them.

Not clean at all in the room. I had to change rooms for the night. The main problem was the smell.

Upon check-in, the staff spoke in an unfriendly tone. Due to an urgent matter, I had to check out at 4 PM to go to the airport, and although I had informed the owner beforehand, she still showed a negative attitude. The hotel opened late in the morning, affecting other guests.

I booked the hotel through Traveloka late at night, and luckily there were still rooms available. I was very surprised that for only about 350k VND, I got a clean and well-equipped room (TV, hot water, air conditioning, wardrobe, etc.). Basically, nothing was missing, and the staff were friendly and accommodating (I booked the wrong dates, but luckily there were still rooms available so I was able to stay overnight). I will definitely come back whenever I return to Hanoi :)

I meant to take better pictures but here's the review. The facility is a bit old and the big shower head is clogged with water residue (can use the smaller head), the mattress spring coil was bad in the middle, so, got a bit of back pain but with the price you pay, you get a room to yourself. So, better than the hostels with the bunk beds with the same price if you prefer being alone. good personality people. had no issue. basic amenities were met.

The location is easy to find, take the bus from the airport. However, that is the only bright spot: 1. The room is not like the picture, no drinking water, called to check (due to late arrival) but no answer 2. The room is dirty, there are mosquitoes, ants/bugs. As soon as you enter, you are bitten by mosquitoes 3. The bed is old, sagging, there is hair on the bed 4. The bathroom has weak water 5. The air conditioner is not arranged properly, right next to the bed, the person inside is hot and the person outside is cold. Wifi is placed right in the room

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel owner is so horrible that he treats guests like they're begging to stay :)))

The single room on the 9th floor (it's more like a small attic) had the air conditioner set to 17 degrees but it was still hot, next to it was a water purifier that rang 24/7. The way up was scary too, but it wasn't clearly stated when booking. You shouldn't book this room at the hotel, I think the other rooms are better!

This time the room I stayed in was bigger, before I stayed in a small room and the owner said when I checked in, I just needed to sleep and rest so it was quite ok, relatively clean, fully equipped. There are many amenities around. The owner is friendly and comfortable.

It's only about 4km from the center but it's okay. It's a bit difficult because my room wasn't on the same floor as the elevator, so I had to climb a few steps with my suitcase, which was a bit difficult, but overall it's okay. The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo for guests, and there's also a thermos and a refrigerator. If I have the chance, I'll still come back 😋
