All self service. Self check in too. Overall ok, many rooms, for big family very good. Open back open, comfortable. Only the bathroom light is very dim. And parking is a bit difficult.

The place is very strategic, easy to find food and souvenirs, close to Taman Sari. The house facilities are very complete, it's just a shame that in the front room the bathroom doesn't have hot water, but the rest is smooth. Hopefully, if you go to Jogja, you can come back here again.

The place is cozy and homey, within walking distance to Tamansari and Keraton. The 5 bedrooms are all clean, have AC, TV and private bathroom with hot water. At the back there is a kitchen with complete facilities, suitable for gatherings with family.

I made the wrong date when booking, fortunately the owner was very kind and I was lucky because on that day no one had booked. The house is okay, there are lots of rooms, the AC lights all work well, the kitchen is also spacious.

This accommodation is perfect for family & friends. Near malioboro (km. 0), pasar Ngasem & kraton.

They revamped the house before C19 and gosh. Cute clean lil house fully furnished with kitchenette, hot water and everything you need in a house. Felt like moving your house to Jogya lols. Near Ngasem market, Kraton, Petbun noodles and other amazing foods. If you wish to experience how local live and spend time with friendly neighbours, this place I recommend you to stay.

The location is very strategic, near the square, the palace, malioboro, around there are also many selling various kinds. The rooms are all private bathrooms + water heater, air conditioning, TV. Very comfortable. The owner & mas dodik are also friendly and helpful. Thank you

Suitable for families, 8-10 people, the place is strategically close to everywhere, next to it there is a grocery store if you want to cook yourself not far away.
