Overall is very dissapointed! I never want to go back to this Villa, sorry. Look at the breakfast! seems so kampungan and cheap. The gas ran out and was not replaced immediately, Waiting for the gas until I was hungry. Horror vibes, sorry to say my husband happens to be indigo, saw too many ghosts on the 2nd floor 🫣

I feel regretful for booking the Nongsa Point villa. Long check in time in the lobby, the room is really dirty and smelly, lots of cockroaches, plush dust insects. The price is 2.3 million but the results obtained are not in accordance with expectations. The room facilities are really no, no wifi, the AC is not cold, and the breakfast menu is unreasonable. Next time please improve the quality of the villa. Very very bad. The price listed does not match what is sold

The check-in time was very long because there was no coordination between the villa and the owner. The cleanliness was very lacking because I saw a lot of trash in the toilet, especially in the closet. Highly not recommended. Bad service. No TV. There is a TV but it won't turn on. The sheets smell even though they have been changed. Waiting for a response for up to 5 hours. Breakfast was delivered at 9 am from Nagoya. Breakfast is as plain as a lontong villa. If you don't want to lose, don't post Traveloka. No wifi. It's really not worth posting this on the app.

Villa yang saya sewa ini adalah bukan milik Nongsa point langsung, tapi lebih kepemilikan pribadi, vila yang sudah dibeli pribadi truss disewakan kembali melalui agen property via applikasi traveloka. Nah, jadi waktu kita mau check in, dari pihak cs gak terima check in langsung, tp kita harus menghubungi terlebih dahulu kenpihak penyewa villa, kemudian dari pihak properry beritahu ke pihak nongsa point kamar berapa, pihak nongsabpoint bantu kasih kunci vila. Kemudian, saat masuk ternyata villa masih dalam kondisi kotor, untung kita rame, 9 bisa saling bagi tugas sapu pel, dan lain-lain. Kondisi dapur juga kotor, sehingga semua piring sendok, rice cooker dan lain-lain perlengkapan kita cuci. Selain daripada itu, sprei dan bantal juga kotor.
