Love this hotel. This was my second time and will definitely be back. It’s a little far from the main area but that’s why it’s nice and quiet so it’s worth the drive.

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 10-year-old child. Angsana is a pleasant hotel with a champion view. The room was cold (very cold!). Overall, it was a great stay. Transportation was easy enough since there are plenty of Grabs available.

Everything here was great. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, it tasted bland, maybe it caters more to foreigner’s taste bud than locals.

All the staffs are really friendly , kind and very attentive. millions of thanks too for the beautiful anniversary deco with choc cake for us :) We really2 love it.Checkin and checkout process are very smooth. The Indian lady that assists us during both checkin n checkout are really kind !! :) Balqis, Mr. Dan, staffs during breakfast, and in kids room , pool are all really2 kind to us. Will definitely stay in here again! This is the best hotel in Penangg! <3

Been regular customer since 2022, but I feel like Angsana losing its charm already. Not to mention the price keep increasing as compared to previously. Can understand the price wise but at least retain their quality and service.

Overall stay ok. Stay here for 2 nights, ambil 2 rooms (connecting room). Breakfast spread variety. Akan datang lagi next time holiday in Penang.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s ambience was beautiful, and the beach area was quite nice too — there were even clear warning signs about jellyfish, which I appreciated. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything tasted really good. The room smelled amazing, and every evening the housekeeping team came by to light aromatherapy, giving the whole room a relaxing Bali-spa vibe. The air-conditioning was also perfectly cold and very satisfying. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!
