急に予定が変わって事前予約してた朝ごはんの時間を早く出来ないかご相談したところ快くご対応いただくなど大変ホスピタリティの高いホテルです。サウナやお風呂のクオリティが高くまた宿泊したいです。

Our room was very clean and our stay was very pleasant. The only drawback to the suite was the bathroom. I found it to be too small compared to what i've had in other hotels that I've stayed in. I also paid for one morning breakfast brunch, and my recommendation to that is to find somewhere else for breakfast. There wasn't much of a variety. For 2750 yen, you're better off going into Kobe for breakfast at a McDs.

Strangely um...elegant looking place. Technically 2 blocks from the Portliner Metro station. Sparse pedestrian traffic. Good amenities. Quiet.

The view of Kobe port from our room was so mesmerizing!!! We loved the spa and used it morning and evening. We will be back!!!

The facility is super clean and quiet. The price was fairly reasonable considering the cleanliness and staff and service. The only caveat is that it is located in 5-7 min of a walk of a narrow overpass from a nearby train station. Carrying a luggage and climbing up and down on many levels were a bit of an exercise. You need to take this train to go to the downtown for dining and shopping, and one way ticket costs 250 yen which is quite pricey.

Comfortable stay. Interesting and very nice that the reception and dining is on the 9th floor. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Shower water temperature would get hot then cold then hot. Paid extra for room with veiw, got a view of the parking used for a driving school

Super comfortable beds. Very quiet and a bit far from the train station. Very friendly staff. The rooftop is wonderful. The harbor view is not quite like the picture. The bathroom has a steep step that may be a concern for those with vision or mobility issues.

The surrounding area can be a little noisy due to trucks driving to and from nearby businesses, but that didn't have a negative affect on my stay. Staff were very nice and the hotel room was beautiful.

A great hotel for a business trip. Minutes from the train to city or airport. Very quiet room, lovely staff, fabulous rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Good gym, lovely spa. Great value, I will be back.

The hotel is out of Kobe on the way to the airport. We chose this hotel because of the view. It is located in a port area with no restaurants or shops in the area, other than the restaurant that is located in the hotel

Good location easy walk from the station on the Port Liner can see hotel from train next to the big Driiving School. One stop to the Kobe airport and one stop back to the Cruise Terminal. Hotel has a free Spa. Nicely decorated and large rooms quality furniture and accessories
