The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. Only point I felt could improve was the breakfast - it was very basic. There could be more choices. I missed the hash browns or home fries

Very clean and upgraded fixtures throughout. TV was large and had Direct TV ..a plus. Friendly staff!

Staff were great! Rooms with a very strong chemical smell! Even when I moved to another room for this reason. Overall, relatively clean, average breakfast. Do not think I would return.

The room was not well cleaned when we checked in. The pillows had a scent. The coffee maker in the room was dusty. We called the front desk to complain about the dusty coffee maker we were come downstairs to use the coffee over there. Lastly, there was no body wash in the bathroom. We reported this to the front deck but they did nothing about it.

Service was prompt and courteous. The facility is super clean with higher end finishes. I didn’t get downstairs the breakfast. The shower kept running cold and then hot and back to cold every 45secs or so. That was weird as I live long hot showers. Idk if there was a problem that could’ve easily been addressed or if it a plan to keep the water bill low. I never called to report it because I like my private time in the peace and quiet of it all. Overall, I would definitely stay again. It was great!

Obnoxious unsupervised kids running around, splashing and screaming in pool area. Unsupervised in gym. On business computer playing games without regard for others. A mess in the common area. Skittles all over floor in elevator.

This place is amazing and super close to Hersheypark! The staff was awesome. It is super clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again!!

Clean well kept hotel. They offer a pretty decent hot breakfast which was a nice surprise. Most motel breakfasts are awful.
