breakfast good, staff helpful and courteous, room clean and efficient. a/c was a bit weak, and would like to have had access to ice or small fridge, but this was a minor inconvenience. plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores around including lidl right around the corner. local metro station not working at them moment, but not the hotel's fault. would definitely stay here again.

A room small enough for 2 people only. There were stains on the mattress and curtains.

I was disappointed that there were not as many amenities as I thought there would be based on the info I rec’d via the site. Stores/resturants listed nearby were not open when I walked to them (I realize this may be a Google Maps issue). I also didn’t feel as comfortable as I normally would when I do my research on a location. There’s a lot of gentrification going on. Poor ppl are starting to be pushed out by large chain retailers. It left an unfriendly vibe

Nice room /beds and bathroom, the park to the metro was a little sketchy at night.

Clean, medium-sized room (larger and cheaper than the equivalent in central Paris). Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to the nearest Metro, supermarket and shops.

Very nice stay Groceries store and restaurants close by Breakfast very nice.

The beds are basically a wood plank with a small thin mattress on top. Every time you move it sounds like you will fall through the floor

Really easy and efficient check in , comfy, clean room. Good shower. Double glazing completely blocked out traffic. Air con good. Cleaned daily Only thing lacking is a kettle and cups. Metro line 3 out of order , but Easy to get in to town on 11 with 20 min walk, but we had booked location to be near family anyway Great star

Professionell staff, very small rooms, busy and noisy area

We stayed here for four nights. It was a great location if you’re going to Disneyland Paris, and if you want to go sightseeing in Paris. The metro is only a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean. Unfortunately, on our first day. Our room did get flooded due to the rain. So they had to move our room.The A/C in our room did not work, and the hot water was not working for a day. Overall, it was good for what I paid for. The restaurant next-door Italian kitchen was delicious, and I recommend you try.

Clean hotel with basic amenities. It was fine for one night

Accommodation is ok but basic. A bit too far from the metro if you come w luggage

Nice hotel and decent area. It is a bit far from downtown Paris and normal tourists area. Traffic greatly impacts time to get there. Hotel was good and breakfast was nice only problem is our heating did not work well at all.
