In general it is a new hotel and it is clean. The room beds were *not* comfortable. The breakfast was good. The cleaning maid did not replace bathroom essentials and we had to ask for bathroom tissues at the front desk, who were not responsive in a friendly manner - they asked us to come down to get the items we needed in a voice that sounded a bit irritated by the request. The major issue is that the front desk is not friendly and welcoming, and I did not see a single smile though I interacted with them multiple times over five days. Also had a bad experience with the security staff when I was sitting in the front area late at night around 1:30 am, and he was quite rude to me. The front desk also does not know basic customer service by actually not looking at the customer with basic communication skills like speaking in the right tone, looking at the guest in the eye and being friendly. Other than the negative customer service experience it is an acceptable hotel, but for me it was not exactly comfortable.
