The room we had was absolutely beautiful, with murals on the walls and so much character. We will definitely return to stay there again.

The hotel is in walking distance of many popular things to visit . I had a room with 2 floors if you don’t mind the stairs it’s great bathroom and shower are on lower level . Very comfy able bed we had a great time

The design of the room was really unique. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

We asked for a free upgrade and as they had a cancellation we were able to get a bigger bedroom. Exceptional staff and a great location. Would definitely recommend.

The room was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly, could leave our luggage with the staff until it was time for our check-in. Offered to call us early once our room was ready for faster/earlier check-in. The area around the hotel couldn’t have been better. We loved our stay and will be sure to book again anytime we are in Malaga.

No AC in our room even though it said They have it but Instead they left a fan for us in the room….

The property has very nice design however the room is quiet small for the furniture inplace. The bed is extremely comfortable and bathroom is clean. If you are a light sleeper is not advisable as people never stopped partying till dawn and we're able to hear everything.

Unfortunately I was unable to get a refund even though I inquired months in advance and it was Holy Week and they definitely could have filled that room. It was my fault but they did not even respond to my message

Excellent location for visiting Old Malaga

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. The room was spotlessly clean and had a very large, extremely comfortable bed. Reception staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the staff went of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room itself was beautifully restored and was luxurious. Great tapas bars a 2 minute walk away. A highly recommended property.

I do like everything in this hotel. Its convenient walking distance, staff are kind and helpful, I meet the owner, she's delighted. I have a great breakfast. Love it and I recommend.

I am sure this hotel used to be a safe bet, but if I could I would give this spot a -3. As we arrive, the street the hotel is on is under construction. We should have been notified and we had to walk on wood and metal planks with our suitcases. Once we make it into the hotel, there is no reception desk, no concierge, no information, no bellboy, nothing, just a woman in an office who appeared to be the owner. She proceeded to tell me that the reservation had been made for just 1 guest. Fortunately I had my itinerary printed and showed her that it was for 2 guests. She told me that cheap tickets had made a mistake and she would fix it. We asked her about the construction and that she should inform and she told us it had started the day before. We later learned it has started 4 months ago. The room was cramped, refrigerator did not work and stunk from food that had been left, ceiling was slanted, had to duck, room was balmy and hot, just a total mess. From 8am to 6pm there was drilling so sleeping after 8 am was not an option. When we checked out she asked me how the stay was, I told her that it hadn’t been a pleasant stay, and her answer was “that’s what happens when you purchase en economy room online”. I told her that I booked a room at a 4 star hotel, and she told me that next time to contact the hotel directly, not make reservations through a 3rd party that changes them. A TERRIBLE stay at a beautiful city.

The bed is just amazing. I was down for few days only stayed there one night before we moved on to the next destination but came back for my last night just because of the bed for a good night sleep. Large beds, big high ceiling rooms , bath and pillows to die for. It was the best stay on my Spanish tour. Great staff and pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. We were surprised the bedroom was up a steep staircase. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.

The hotel has not been kept up over the years. It was extremely hard to sleep with all the noise from outside. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus but it was so noisy outside that I couldn’t sleep well.
