Overall, a good stay. The room is smaller than what appears in the photo and is VERY basic. The bed is very small. The breakfast was supposed to be included, but the restaurant was closed. Centrally located, though everything is central in the small city. The front desk was very responsive.

No luxury but a nice stay. Small kitchen was nice to keep bewrages cold and so. Seems to be very clean. All I needed for one night in Nuuk.

Good location close to Nuuk centre, room OK and cleanliness could have been better. We stayed 7 days and asked according to guest book for a cleaning after 4 days. The cleaning was never done although we registered it in the guest book, and marked it on our door

Nice big rooms, good kitchen with oven, two electric rings, coffee maker, kettle, everything you need. Shower wasn't too powerful. Excellent location.

This property is still putting the finishing touches on it. Once completed this will be a very nice property.

Shower drain clogged. 2 small bottles body wash (good for single use) for 3 nights stay! No dish washing soap for kitchen. No microwave oven. No hair dryer for wife. Only one pillow for each bed. Couch dusty! Only one english TV channel (History channel)! Free WiFi! No elevators. One perilous metal stairs! Bad for travelers with big luggage! Called the reception at the other hotel and Jens brought some body wash and tissue paper. And let me check out late. Kudos to Jens! Old hotel without restaurants and reception area.

This is a good option when you need a place to stay in the area. Remeber to get the pass code or you won't be able to get the room! Currently under renovations but it's not noisy or dusty/dirty. I'll stay there again.

Overall our stay in Nordbo City was great. It was easy to walk to all the central areas. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The windows were able to open to allow air to come in. There was laundry at the location as well, which was free. It is worth noting that checkin does not take place at the same location and the 2 locations are not close to each other. You are able to leave your luggage at the main location until checkin. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend.

It is a construction site, but I manage to explore the area and came across wonderful people.

They have to properties with the same name. The reception is in the other facility but this is not clear on the website. After checking in, we were told that we have to go to the other location, described as walking distance. But it was a 17-minute walk through some gravel roads. The parking lot in front of the reception is not paved so luggages have to be lifted up, not rolled.

Hej, Der er en super god kommunikation mellem Nordbo Hotel og os fra start til slut, selv om vores lejlighed ligger et godt stykke vej væk fra hovedbygning, hvor reception er, så er vi ikke længere væk end at sende et par emails til hinanden. Receptionist Laila og hendes kolleger er lynhurtige på tangenterne 24/7 f.eks. når nøglebrikkerne ikke virkede, så sendte jeg en mail til dem, de kom med et par nye nøglebrikker i løbet af kort tid. Så opdagede jeg at der manglede opvaskemaskine tabs, hår/body shampoo, toilet papirer, nedløbsrør tilstoppet… ja, så skrev jeg til dem igen, og de dukkede op at fikse det hele. Da jeg mødte teknisk chef Michael i opgangen og fortalte ham om at jeg savnede nogle bøjler til at hænge tøj op i skab, så tryglede ham en håndfuld af dem i løbet af et kort øjeblik. Jeg er rigtig imponeret over hele teamet - receptionisterne, stuepige og teknisk chefen. De har alle sammen været med til at gøre vores hotelophold til en kæmpe god oplevelse! Tak til jer alle sammen og forsætter med de gode arbejder fremover…

Da vi ankom til hotellet og hentede nøglerne opdagede vi, at vi ikke lukke op for døren, da nøglerne har fejl. Jeg måtte gå hele vejen til receptionen som ligger 1,1 km væk. Her mødte jeg en meget hjælpsom receptionist som har opdateret nøglerne. Jeg gik 1,1 km tilbage til hotellet i håb om at vi kunne komme ind til værelset. Ak, det kunne vi desværre ikke! Jeg måtte skrive til dem igen og de sendte en medarbejder til os med to nye nøgler, en af dem virkede heller ikke. Senere kom han forbi med endnu en nøgle. Siden hen har der været flere gange,

Overall stay was fine. The room was fairly large and had what I needed. It was very clean with a stocked kitchen. Only concern was I didn’t get sent the key access code and there was no indication that reception was over a mile away.

Room was big. Staff was very helpful. Our flight was canceled and they did so much to help us stay an extra day helped us a lot with this. Also the cleaning lady was super nice and helped me a lot during the day. Great place for a family to stay in Nuuk.

Nordbo was good as the apartment was spacious and had just about everything I needed. A second soap dispenser on the showerstall, a box of tissues and blackout drapes wouldhave made a big difference. I was there in early July and the sun barely set. Good location if you don't mind a little walking.
