Comfortable room, near the center, friendly staff. But sadly the floor is dusty and has hair.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the pool is okay with amazing views.

The staff not helpful, lack of attitude and manners! the swimming pool have great view but dirty water, far from convenience store, the door to toilet broken, we complain to removed to another room but they say they are full booked, once we say we want refund they give us another room in a sudden. The air conditioner broken also, not cold, they told us will send somebody to fix it, but nothing change. No free mineral water, but free flow water from tap of reverse osmosis water No free face tissue. Bad experience! They dont give a shit after you book! Think before you book.

The room was small, then because we turned up the AC temperature, the floor became wet due to condensation, and it seemed like the bathroom fan was broken, so the floor was always wet.

Very fast lifts, waiting time was good, big rooms with views over park next door with beautiful big trees. Modern building great design, wonderful views from sky deck.

The staff is very friendly, the receptionist is on standby so whenever you want to check in/out the staff is always there, the check in/out process is very fast, the rooms are clean, the pool view is very beautiful especially at night, for those who want to swim you have to wear a swimsuit, the nearest MRT station is Jalan about 8 minutes on foot, places to eat are a bit far but there is a minimarket in the apart.

Pelayanan cs jelek amat, hati nginap hotel ini suruh bayar pajak lagi. Nginap 5 hari kita tanya ada di bersih kan gak kamar, jawaban judes. Min 1 minggu nginap baru ada bersih-bersih kamar. Klu nginap hotel mikir dulu.

Karena kita di sini saat hari pergantian tahun, hotelnya full booked. Rame banget. Menginap di sini 2 hari. Hari pertama wastafel mampet. Hari ke-2 AC bocor berakhir nggak dingin. Untung sudah mau check out juga. Ya sudahlah, mungkin karena ramenya. Menurut orangnya karena sejak November selalu full booked, nggak bisa perbaikan berakibat rusak kiri kanan. Lokasinya cukup strategis. Petugas ramah. Tolong lain kali fasilitasnya lebih dijaga. Walaupun ramai, kualitas sebaiknya dipertahankan 🙏.

Good accommodation, close to Petaling, Pavilion, and good staff. Unfortunately, the WhatsApp admin staff was not friendly, when I asked if I wanted to use room facilities such as a stove/microwave, he said he couldn't. Even though in the app you can use the facilities
