The staff were friendly and very helpful when we first checked in. They helped carry our heavy suitcases to the third floor because climbing the stairs was quite tiring too 😁

A simple but nice and clean hotel is the most important thing, the staff is also friendly, making us feel more comfortable staying in this hotel.

Would I recommend it? Hell yeah!! So underrated, this place should be better known than those red apps that if you order from online for cheap prices, there are so many warnings. This price... + Clean room, very fragrant. + AC is safe, TV is safe, the TV size is not too small like the hotel next door (don't ask NF/YT at this price, be aware of yourself!) + Bathroom is also clean, fragrant + Plugs, double with 2 USB type A, so you can charge your laptop while charging your phone. + Safe Hot Water + Amenities Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste + Toothbrush + Quiet room + Staff is also not noisy. The guy who is guarding (receptionist) is also very quiet, soft spoken + Service Feedback: - If possible, the Wi-Fi password is posted in each room. A bit introverted if you have to ask first PS. Good luck to the guy who is guarding, who is also a receptionist and guarding the front while cleaning the front 🙏

No lift, room is okay. Located in the center of Medan, close to everywhere.

There is only security, the corridors smell of cigarette smoke, the rooms offered are on the 3rd and 4th floors, so you have to pay extra to get a room on the 2nd floor.

The room smells musty & damp. When I entered the room, I checked the pillow, there were 2 strands of other people's hair. Asked the receptionist to change the pillowcase, he didn't know where to get a new one (this is hotel security and receptionist). The room floor is dirty. The shower is too upright so the water doesn't fall on the body of the shower but hits the wall. The glass above the sink is dirty. Positive: the receptionist (security) is friendly. Hot water runs smoothly with a large water flow.

Comfortable and clean room for 186k (superior), located in the city center. Minus hard to find food in nearby locations. Receptionist is a bit slow.

It was fine. Just fine. And for such an affordable acconodation nothing more than fine should be expected. I slept on the duvet because the sheets were dirty. I was in a room with no window so there was a mouldy smell. I imagine this is due to the lack of ventilation. There is no lift/elevator. Apart from the sheets it was really clean. 1ltr of drinking water was provided. The water was hot for showering. And the security helped me carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Wifi is fast and stable. As additional Info: there is a deposit of 100k IDR and not able to pay with the card. Apart from the dirty sheets there is nothing to complain about and I was comfortable.

With that price it's ok. Don't expect much. Acceptable. Clean, only the floor is a bit rough. Comfortable for sleeping and resting. Unfortunately, the make up room tag has been installed but when I returned the room was still in the same condition. Got a room on the 3rd floor, there's no elevator and you have to lift your own suitcase. Towels and toilet series are provided. Mineral water is provided. There is no kettle heating water, coffee, reh and sugar. It's a shame there's also a rule you can't cook (because there's no kettle) & eat in the room. The surrounding area is a machine shop area. Rather difficult to find food in the morning and evening. There is no mini market either. But everything is still acceptable.

Positive: Clean, Cheap. Nice and responsive staffs. Near culinary area. Negative: Less parking area.
