When I walked into the room it smelled like old mop water. It smelled like it was clean with dirty water. The sheets on the bed had blood stains and I didn’t feel like this room was clean at all. I was only here for one night so thankfully I could leave the next day. I will say the location is good and makes it easy to walk restaurants and attractions nearby. The free breakfast is okay, but good to grab a quick coffee and a croissant. Personally I wouldn’t come back here because the rooms weren’t clean.

The folks at the front desk, regardless of what time I went down there, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel within easy walking distance of many of Tiranas tourist sights. room small but comfortable, huge bathroom. Breakfast was ok.

Well decorated and modern rooms, all the key bits were there, nice bathrooms, comfy bed, clean rooms, fast wifi, good breakfast, lots of great restaurants nearby, close to bus terminals and Tirana ring shopping centre with supermarket cash points. Special shout out to Armando who fulfilled a last minute request for my partners birthday, really went the extra mile and it was hugely appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff which I would say is the best feature. Highly recommended.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and good quality. Fresh fruit was really good too. Stayed 4 nights. Good location for buses and regional bus station.Although on main street very quiet

Friendly staff, good location close to the center of town and smart/clean inside and out.

Morning service staff were wonderful but breakfast was very limited considering the price of the hotel. Our room was tiny but functional. The safety box was defective despite the staff attempting to fix it.

The hotel is amazing very clean and good staff were happy to help with everything you needed they are kind friendly and so welcoming. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again not far from the city centre around 10 minutes walk close to everything you need I would recommend and say it was more 5 star

Eler Hotel was great, and we had a very comfortable stay there. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the location is ideal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. While the parking situation at first doesn't seem great, the staff at the hotel is very diligent in juggling cars and parking spaces so that there is always a place. One of the small touches we enjoyed were the old photographs of Tiranë that were found in the hallways and in every room. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

This was my second time Staying at the Eler Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its in a convenient location for access to the city centre.

It was fine, “Luxury Double Room” was really a basic small room. Price was good. It was clean and had a fridge.

Location 8 min from international bus station 15 min from the main square and the major sights. Friendly efficient staff, the room was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast decent. Would use again. Sal & Dave Yorks.

I have stayed in hotels a lot in my life but the service has never been this bad! The staff ignored and acted nonchalant. Behave better with your guests!

Kæmpe værdi for pengene på det her mindre hotel. Alt var bare i top, morgenmaden perfekt, service fantastisk og værelserne ikke til at klage over. Alt i alt var det meget mere end et 3 stjernet!
