There I free shuttle from the train station to hotel which was helpful because we had to walk one night because we arrived past the time. It’s not too far. It’s close to the JR west terminal to get to Miyajima. We didn’t utilize the bath because we had tattoos so can’t say. But liked the amenities bar and had kid la shampoo and body wash available. But didn’t see much families though. Was a nice location.

Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though.

Beautiful location, clean room and excellent onsen to soak in. During our stay, we were treated to a great selection of shampoo/conditioner, ice cream, drinks etc. Food was excellent as well. The hotel offers a free boat ride to Miyajima at 10am and a return trip at 3.30pm (needs reservation). It's a 15-min walk from the train station but you can get an uber if you miss the hotel shuttle. There is also an oyster restaurant next to the hotel, which serves really fresh oysters...visit it if you like seafood!

Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by.

Excellent Hotel with lots of amenities and a wonderful onsen/ sauna. Great location for catching the 20 minute ferry to Miyajima island which is a beautiful, must visit. Going to peace museum is a lot more of a trek / train ride but it’s not too bad. Highly recommend!

We could see Miyajima Island from our hotel. The traditional ryokan style room was fun. We slept very well. There is a free ferry from the hotel island but you have to reserve it in advance and we couldn't figure out how to do it until it was already filled. They have welcome icecream from 3:00 to 5:00.

Far exceeded our expectations in every way!

The view of the bay is amazing.

Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! They also have a free shuttle to and from the subway station. Thank you for the excellent hospitality & delicious assortment of local food.

The room setup is a nice, more traditional layout; and the included choice of your kind of outfit is really fun. This hotel was quite a nice surprise considering the location, all for really good value

Large room compared to other hotels in other cities. Very clean, beautiful ocean view with free drinks (only on certain hours). We only stayed for one night after touring around Miyajima, but was very impressed, and wished we stayed longer. There is a Shuttle Bus that takes you to and from the Miyajimaguchi Station to the Hotel! That is very convenient!

The staff are excellent at helping with all of your questions. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the town and there is a frequent (and free) shuttle can that can take you to/from the hotel. The breakfast and dinners at the hotel are great, featuring local fish and meats.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, but very busy. Large room with space to spread out.We opted for a sea view and could Itsukushima Torii across the way. The shuttle pick up from Miyajima station, water taxi to Miyajima island, free drinks and free ice cream were great. Didn’t have a chance to use the public bath or laundry facilities, but that was available. We had a wonderful time there and would return next time we are in the area.

Amazing rooms, great onsen on site (cover your tattoos!) in a phenomenal location to go to Miyajima Island after!

Lovely staff, spotless rooms, good value and convenient for the island by ferry. Car park. Coin laundry. Excellent!
