Very nice, comfortable place to stay in Bandera with an expansive breakfast included in the price of the stay. The rooms are extra large with a nice seating area. Bed was super comfortable.

Liked the location and our room…

I picked it because of its location. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel was well kept and the rooms were updated. Although small, it was clean and in a good location to where I needed it to be.

We needed a place close to a venue we had to be at early the next day. The Best Western Bandera was great. We arrived late in the evening and all was well. The entire staff that we encountered greeted us with a warm hello and smile. Would choose this location again if necessary.

First, front desk staff is incredible. Attentive and very locally knowledgeable. Second, rooms are great! I am in a king suite and it is much more comfortable and stylish than i ever imagined! Third, restaurant that is next door, and was recommended by hotel, had the best steak i have had in texas in 15 years! All things considered, i could not be more impressed!

Im very pleased with this hotel and looking forward to stay again next year. The room was clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Thanks for everything

Love the property no complaints except it’s a little pricey for what it is

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean and updated as well. The sliding door should be between the outside door and the bathroom as if someone is using the bathroom the other person is trapped in the other side. Also some of the rooms are near the parking lot and you can hear everything outside from the trash pick up to people talking at all hours of the night. Those are my only issues otherwise it was a great stay.

There was a breakdown in communication between Hotels.com and the hotel. I was told to "straighten out the problem" with Hotels.com because I used a 3rd party provider. Lucky i had a screen shots of the reservations from Feb 11th! Finally hotel clerk listened to conference call and i got the rooms, unfortunately after check out i was overcharged for the room by $113.! Still trying to get that fixed. But the Facility was Great.

Great place to stay if you are in Bandera. The staff was all very nice and property was super clean.

Great hotel

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Parking was a limited. The showers had low pressure and the water was lukewarm all three days of my stay.
