Excellent stay

Clean room and good staff

The location was great! We were able to get from the airport to our hotel using public transportation which was a big thing for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. Made the experience 10/10. Breakfast was good. I’m not much of a picky eater, but it tasted a bit different than what I’m familiar with. Still good. Would definitely come again given the chance.

Great hotel. The staff are amazing. Full English breakfast is outstanding value. This is the second time I have stayed and both times the experience has been great.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, great food, very helpful staff. Very easy to get to via the Hotel Hoppa. Would def stay again.

Room was clean, parking was horrible until the receptionist managed to secure me a space. My room was on the 1st floor just above the smoking section and due to a wedding taking place at the venue when they went out to smoke it was very noisy. I complained to the night supervisor asking for a fan for white noise. Nothing was brought to me, no offer to move either. I think it was about 1am when it got quieter. Food in the morning was fine not anything special. Coffee was not good watery.. Starbucks in reception not opened. Only thing decent was they gave me free parking due to my issues with getting into the parking lot and had to temp to park across the road

This place just works. Very functional. Great staff. Fantastic food.

The rooms are two twin beds instead of two queens. The noise from the airport is terribly loud. We asked for a room in the back of the hotel but they obviously save those for the 6 bus tours that were there!

I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this was the first time that the carpet in the room was super dirty. They were massive brown stains in multiple places. Everything else was spotlessly clean, but the floor made it feel dirty. So much so that I kept my shoes on the wholes time!

I always enjoy staying here. Right next to the runway overlooking the airport. Nice clean comfortable rooms. USB sockets next to the bed, kettle and tea, coffee with milk sachets in the room. It also has an ironing board and iron. We weren't over looking the runway this time but a bus stop that takes you to the nearest train and underground station a ride away. This time we didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment. The sky bar especially on a nice evening overlooking the runway is a very special place to be. I'm sure who ever stays here will have a fab time.
