I stayed at this hotel for about 5 nights and I would definitely stay again. It was very close to the train station and great restaurants. It is a low key spot which I really liked, they also provided tide pods to wash my clothes which I was extremely grateful for. If you are looking for a quite spot that is close to everything this is the place for you. Lastly this is a really good sushi shop just around the corner too😎

Walls look a bit sad with only concrete but okay location and small room.

I stayed here during a business trip to Tokyo. It's located in a quiet residential area beyond a charming shopping street. It's easily accessible from Okachimachi Station. The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Furniture and appliances are provided, so you don't need to bring anything yourself. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect; multiple train stations are accessible, and various spots are within walking distance. There are plenty of shops for everyday shopping, and there's no worry about noise from cars, etc. The interior amenities are almost perfect, making for a comfortable stay. The small balcony lets in light and fresh air. The loft-style bedroom is very practical. The downsides are that it's on the 5th floor with no elevator, which is difficult with heavy luggage. Also, there seems to be a construction error where drainage wasn't considered despite it being an external staircase, resulting in large, dangerous, and unpleasant puddles when it rains. So, honestly, I'd give it four and a half stars, but considering the quick response from the management and the careful disposal of garbage, I'm giving it five stars! We would like to use it again.
