I checked in at 1am and the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Couldn’t find the remote for AC as well. It’s supposed to have 24 hour front desk but there was no one after we checked in and we called the phone number and no one answered. We couldn’t use the AC so opened the window and slept. The pillow cover was dirty so we covered it with towels and slept. In the morning, we talked to the front desk and he apologized and he said he will inform the cleaning team. I booked 4 nights but after 1 night I checked out so I asked him for refund for rest of the trip. He said he will talk to Hotels.com and follow the guidelines. I talked to hotels.com and they said they had hard time talking to them but eventually they refused the refund for three nights that I did not stay. I visited Korea for my dad’s funeral and my mom’s place has only one bathroom so that’s why I booked the hotel but it ruined my whole trip. I only stayed only one night and got charged for almost $400

Needs to pay attention a bit more to the cleanness of the rooms. Some rooms for example offer a Styler but they reack to humidity and sweat from other guests. My guess those are not properly cleaned between stays.

Great place to stay, you won't be disappointed The tub is jacuzzi styled and the massage chair I had in my room came in the clutch 😮‍💨

침대 매트리스가 너무 단단해요

편리한 위치에 가성비 좋은 숙소에요. 2년 전쯤 방문한 적이 있는데 그동안 욕실 비품등 리노베이션을 하신거 같아요, 더 깨긋하고 편안한 숙박이 되었습니다.

딸아이가 더위를 많이 타서 에어컨 틀었었는데 청소를 한 번 해야할 것 같았어요. 그리고 화장실 천정에 뭔가 튄 흔적이 많아서 청소가 필요해보입니다. 그 외 침대랑 침구, 방 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았습니다.

모텔보다 약간 나은 모텔같은 호텔

간단히 1박 할 숙소가 필요했어요. 둘째날 아침 일정이 있어서 목적지에 가까운곳으로 찾아봤는데, 여기보다 더 가까우면 저렴하지만 완전 모텔로 보였고, 기존에 대전에 가면 머무는 숙소들이 서너군데 있는데.. 거기는 다 둘째날 일정에서 너무 멀어서... 어반브라운의 장점은 젤 저렴한 방이었는데 스타일러 + 대체적으로 깔끔 + 나름 여유있는 주차장 이었습니다. 비슷한 일정으로 다시 대전을 방문해야 한다면 다시 숙박할 의사 있습니다.

맛집 근처라 좋아요 방이 특별히 좋지는 않지만 출장으로 잠시 머물기엔 좋습니다 물을 많이 주셔서 좋았아요

Extremely friendly service from the receptionist. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay at Hotel Urban again!

가장 인상적이었던 것은 바닥을 스팀으로 청소하는 모습이었다.

아들 군 외박나와서 하루 보냈는데 많이 넓진 않지만 깨끗하고 편하게 쉬다 왔어요 침대 헤드는 먼지가 좀 있었네요

항상 만족하는 곳이에요 중리동에서 가장 깔끔하고 좋습니당ㅎㅎ

급하게 예약했는데 정말 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 추천합니다!
