Staff was great. The whole hotel was spotless. Rooms are somewhat small, but comfortable. It has the perfect location if visiting DTU.

I enjoyed the breakfast; many good options with some attention to those with dairy intolerance. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The temperature control in the room was amazing. I am always either too hot or too cold, and here it felt perfect all the time. I really loved how green they are. Biodegradable trash bags, fewer towels, etc. I wish they had 24 hour reception desk available. I know that there is a phone line open when a receptionist is not there but it makes a big difference for an actual person to be present especially for guests who arrive after hours. An extra towel or foot mat for the floor after stepping out of the shower would be good.

Tried to use the washing machine it flooded on the first floor then I was told to go use the fifth floor washing machine that one flooded as well. I have a ruined bathing suit as well as a ruined shirt. I would like some sort of compensation. I have pictures. I don’t see where I can upload these pictures. The staff then had to go do my laundry laundry in the staff laundry. It took six hours to get it back. The staff was amazing with the help, but the washing machine situation never should’ve happened. Oh and I added a picture of the pillow with the stain on it that was left for me to use obviously, it hasn’t been washed. Look at all the wrinkles.

Conveniently situated for visiting DTU with good bus links into Copenhagen.

Convenient for DTU visitors

Out of the busy area, but far from train station. Once new tram service goes in, a stop should be very close to connect to train station.

Overall decent for visiting dtu and Lyngby. The hotel should ask for a 150s bus-stop near the hotel, as the bus-line already pass through that road. Basic yet clean and with pleasent staff.

Cozy place, nice and friendly environment. One only annoyance is the shower drain that get clogged fast .

Limited dining was an understatement out of eggs one day on an already limited breakfast that you pay for on arrival. Noisy with construction all around!

For what we paid it was OK. no coffee in room, no air conditioner, but new and clean.

Tried on prem laundry facilities. Washing machine and dryer were not fully functional and clothes could Not be dried. Staff was not able to help and we were inconvenienced and have to reschedule our departure All staff could say was not our fault. All Signs were in Danish

Rooms very noisy because of floors. Stone parking lot, unfinished. Have to walk all way around building to get in doors to enter. Not very close to any stores but gas station, to walk to. Biking area is close. Have another company's workout facility attached, so people, auto's traffic. Not a very variety for breakfast, no hot cooked bacon, sausages, have to boil own eggs. Door to my room had to be slammed to close! Felt it was secure. Right by busy highway.

If you like stress during travel, particularly during checkin, this is the hotel for you. It’s new, clean, has a great bar. BUT LIVE STAFF CAN BE HARD TO FIND. i) Checkin is a dumpster fire. No people. Machine is very tall (don’t come in a wheelchair). You must type a lot of information on a bad touchscreen before you make your own key. There was always (3 x) a long time of angry people waiting to use the machine during checkin = stress. I had 3 consecutive bookings. The hotel linked the room, but not the checkin and I had to check in 3 x. The third time – late on day before departure – the key didn’t work, there was “No reservation in my name” and I had a ½ hour phone call to sort it out. Good that I had a European phone. It was really unpleasant. ii) Glass in the room. You can have one from the bar, but you have to ask – or drink directly from the faucet iii) They have laundry facilities – as they noted in an email, there are 2. Except when I arrived, I was told only one was working and it was booked, so tough luck. Please just provide a link to how the system works.

Very clean and modern with comfortable beds. Quiet in spite of location next to highway. Nice brekfast.

Excellent staff and great place, very conveniently located to DTU.

It was very good, easy to check in. All in all good.
