This is a hotel I'll definitely stay at when I'm in Surabaya. It's clean, spacious, and quiet, with friendly staff, and a comprehensive breakfast menu, including East Javanese specialties. Perfect.

I loved staying here, but the reception was not very clear in giving information and a bit cold, but everyone else was absolutely at the highest standard. at the breakfast, we got asked for random information which is not necessary because we tried to enjoy our food. however, there are minor encidents and everything else was great!

Overall, it was okay. The only downside was the attitude of one of the male employees in the restaurant during breakfast on the first day of our stay. He interrogated us as if we wanted a free breakfast, even though we were staying on a breakfast package. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The service was good, although check-in wasn't quick, and we had to wait for the room to be ready. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. It lacked variety and the taste was mediocre, not particularly impressive for a 5-star hotel.
