Stayed for 2 nights, the room was not cleaned, the water hitter was dead and didn't work and only one towel was given even though there were 2 people staying, the staff were friendly and easy to get extra time, the only minus was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The hotel is actually neat and clean. But the walls, sheets, furniture, and lights need replacing because they're worn out. The room feels dark and shabby. The lights are also very dim, plus the walls are dark, and there are no windows. The receptionist was nice and friendly, and responsive. For the price of 200, it's actually worth it. Hopefully, they can update the facilities soon.

The first time I entered the room it was stuffy, the smell was not good. Initially ordered a standard room, then finally asked for an upgrade with a window to let in light. But it's the same, the room is stuffy, the smell doesn't make you comfortable. Then it's really dirty. There are ant holes in the wall + the ants got onto the mattress:(and many of us stayed:(on the floor near the mattress near the TV. The bed sheets looked dirty with lots of stains. I also slept wearing a jacket & hoodie because I was afraid they would still walk onto my body:(but the staff friendly & kind, the hotel & hotel area is not noisy either.
