The room is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, but the water heater doesn't work. Informed to receive or send at Impact Responds to people who come to see the concert well.

We deliberately chose a location near Impact because we were going to watch a concert. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean and comfortable. Super friendly service. Can borrow a bicycle to go to places around the hotel. There is also a free 1x pick-up or drop-off service every day for a radius of 3-5 km. Oh yeah, there's Netflix and YouTube on TV too, so you won't be bored even if you don't go anywhere. Just note that the location is a bit far from downtown Bangkok so it is more suitable for those who are indeed close to the concert location. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! Friendly staffs, provide free transport to nearby places. Great breakfast, spacious and clean room. There is no phone inside the room, but they willingly share their contact number so we can inform if something happen. Definitely will comeback and stay there again.
