(-) FYI, there's only AC in two of the four rooms, and hot water isn't available in all of them. (-) One of the rooms has no ventilation at all, so it tends to be stuffy. (-) Only one towel is provided per room, even though the room can accommodate two people. (-) The house is located on a narrow, downhill road, making parking quite difficult. Opening the gate directly through the door is a bit dangerous for children. (-) The water was turned off during check-in, making it quite difficult upon arrival from a long journey. (+) There's a shop across from the villa, where the caretaker can also buy Indomie noodles, snacks, coffee, etc. Overall, it wasn't a well-built place, but it was just enough for an overnight stay.

Ya, ok worth the price. Tapi rumah agak lembab, terutama lantai 1, jadi kasur rasanya lembab, kamar mandi juga agak bau. Terus banyak banget lalat…. Tapi sebenarnya lumayan bersih lah, ruangan ok, dapur lengkap, interior juga bagus.

Bangunan oke, villa nyaman sekali untuk kumpul keluarga besar. Pegawai yang menjaga villa sangat ramah dan membantu. Namun kebersihan masih standart, karena seharusnya keset karpet dan kasur (di ruang tengah) diganti/dibersikan lagi. Masih ada kotoran di beberapa sudut ruangan, ada kecoak dan siput di dapur. Minusnya lagi tidak dapat handuk (harus nambah biaya untuk fasilitas tersebut), untuk harga villa 1,3juta dengan 4 kamar seharusnya sih dapat fasilitas lengkap, semoga bisa dipertimbangkan kritik dan saran dari kami, terima kasih.

There are 4 rooms but only 1 room is air conditioned. The structure of the house, like an ordinary house, is closed. So it's cold outside, but hot at home. The 2nd night I asked for fan support. The owner's response is okay, the fan immediately comes. At first I was interested because there was a photo of the rooftop. But it turns out that the one with the rooftop is a 2 bedroom villa. So the 4 bedroom villa looks like an ordinary house.

The place is comfortable. The first time I arrived, I was quite happy, Mrs. Rommy the villa guard was also super friendly and informative (because she was assisted/guided to find the villa). The villa is clean, the nice thing is there are 4 rooms and each has an en suite bathroom. Kitchen utensils are very complete, including gallon water (dispenser), rice cooker and refrigerator. It was quite unfortunate at first because it turned out that there was only 1 air-conditioned room and the water heater was only in 2 bathrooms. But overall this villa is very good, for those who travel in groups.

The villa is clean, in front of the shop house and not far from Jatim Park 2. Friendly guards.
