Booked 2 rooms, the water was both small, one room didn't even turn on. Not recommended at all.

Pillowcases & bedsheets are starting to turn yellow. Otherwise it's good, hopefully it will get better in the future.

The hotel is very bad and minus with this price, you can get a much better hotel in Batam city, for those who want to stay the hotel is not worth it, the rooms are dirty, because this hotel has many prostitutes, it becomes a place for online prostitution business

For the Duluxe room, it is full because there is a door to the next room, so the sound in the next room is clearly audible & there is free breakfast only when checking in it was not informed, as a result my younger sibling who stayed did not take breakfast for 2 days because there was no information. There should be information and notification when checking in, especially guests from out of town usually don't know, especially those who are new, information about the waiter should be a mandatory SOP, because that is the rule in most good hotels. The hotel's cleanliness is also very bad.

The AC is not cold. The room is near the residential area, noisy vehicle sounds penetrate inside.

Ordered a deluxe room on the 1st floor at the end but no wifi. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff was quite friendly, especially the security.

Cheap prices, delicious fried rice breakfast available, spacious rooms. Only equipment like hotel slippers is missing. Close to airport.
