Terrible service. I was moved to a superior city view room based on the recommendation of the receptionist (a woman wearing a hijab).
Confirmation of the move was made at 10:00.
Checked with the receptionist at 10:00. The superior city view room, room 103, had already checked out, and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. Okay.
Promised to clean it soon and then move my belongings to the new room. Okay.
I left the hotel at 11:00 for business and again reminded the receptionist to clean room 103 immediately so I could go home and rest, and the room was ready.
Turns out I returned to the hotel at 3:30 PM, and room 103 was still messy and dirty, not ready or cleaned. And apparently, I wasn't the only one complaining. There were also guests complaining because the room hadn't been cleaned yet.
I tried to ask the hotel manager for confirmation, but the manager refused to meet with me and only asked the staff to handle guest complaints.
Please, the hotel owner, please evaluate the manager's performance. This person has no responsibility for his work and is not responsible for the guests who stay there.
The hotel is already good, but the actions of a few individuals will damage the hotel's image. which is already good...tks
