Check in to the room, the room is very good, but the equipment isn't really good. The AC is not cold, the TV is off, can't be turned on. Can't take a shower, trash from the previous customer is still not thrown away. What equipment is not here, even when asked, there is no response, guys. Just one towel, no soap or toothbrush, you can't beat those red ones. The price is pretty good though.

The deposit return process is too complicated and takes a long time to return.

Proses masuk kamarnya lama, refund deposit lama banget janji balikin hari apa sampai lewatpun juga ga ada kabar kalo gak di telepon/chat-in, katanya yang refund bukan 1-2 orang aja, wtf! Sebanyak apapun yang refund kalo kerjanya cepet ga akan ngebuat orang nunggu lama apalagi sampe kecewa sama pelayanannya.

1. A deposit of Rp. 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) is not reasonable & the deposit value is very large, exceeding the room price. 2. The refund for the large deposit was not given at check out, and even had to wait a max of 7 days. Important Warning for anyone planning to stay at the Apatel Kara House, I do not recommend it because it is DISAPPOINTING!

Plus: Very clean, everything is clean. Cheap not cheap. Cool too. Large. Be friendly sir. The room in front of the door can rokoan directly see the highway. Electric kettle. Very hot water. The toilet is clean until the hole. Location near the city. Min: The glass is dusty, not washed. There are no toiletries. The standard American toilet seat (without a hose) is lacking for me. There is no drinking water. No sandals.

The room is clean, the room is also still new. Neat.
