Well, I thought it was like a homestay. Turns out it's a boarding house. A bit disappointed, but overall okay. It's different from the picture.

Even though I had been informed about late check-in, there was no one there when I checked in, so I had to look for another place, which meant it was a waste.

The night hotel guard was not friendly.

At first, I stayed here, the service was really good + the room was really cool, equipped with very complete facilities. The second thing was I was disappointed because I was moved to a very ordinary homestay, 🙂‍↕️ even though I had paid a lot* because I clearly booked here, but I was moved there, that was really disappointing.

That price is good and comfortable for resting and saving on vacation budget. It's just that the parking lot is narrow so it's hard to take out the motorbike and if you want to continue to stay for more days, you can't go offline and have to go online again, so if the rooms are full online, you can't and have to move to another accommodation. The location is in a housing complex and is like a rented boarding house

Good but sometimes hot water doesn't come out.

There is no car parking space, parking in front of the hotel is reprimanded by neighbors, the hotel does not provide a solution.

Ini penginapan semi kos ya, jadi jangan expect banyak 😆. Plusnya:- Harga murah.- Lokasi strategis, dekat stasiun dan MNP. Jalan kaki sedikit sudah ada Indomaret dan pasar tradisional, cari makan juga mudah.- Kamar bersih dan cukup luas. Minusnya:- Karena bukan hotel, jadi resepsionis gak selalu standby.- Lorong bau rokok & kamar campur jadi kurang kids friendly.- Bangunan tiga lantai dengan tangga, jadi harus siapin tenaga untuk naik turun kalau dapat lantai atas 💪.- AC kamar sempat bermasalah tapi akhirnya beres juga.- Flush Toilet juga agak bermasalah jadi harus flush manual dengan semprotan toilet.

Untuk fasilitas ATM tempat makan memang dekat. Kondisi kamar juga lumayan. Cuma yang buat saya kecewa tv nya ga pnh bisa hidup baik di kamar 8 atau 7. Uda lapor tp pelayanan ga memuaskan intinya selama nginap tv tidak hidup. Padahal saya selalu nginap di omah belimbing 🥹.

Lokasi di tengah kota jadi cari apapun dekat, harga murah walaupun mendekati hari raya masih bisa dapet harga under 200k, resepsionis ramah, parkiran motor di dalem jadi ga kena panas, kalau mobil harus di luar. TV berfungsi, AC berfungsi, air panas berfungsi, dapat handuk 1 saja (mungkin kalau butuh lebih bisa req), sabun mandi ada. Untuk kebersihan tolong diperhatikan lebih detail terutama di bagian bawah tempat tidur karena saya nemu kecoa. Kalau rajin dan rutin dibersihkan pasti bakal aman-aman aja.

Small but nice location, great for short stay.

Mas nya staff hotel sangat ramah dan baik banget. Kamar hotel bersih dan rapi. AC, TV, air panas bisa menyala dengan baik. Hanya saja lantai kamar mandi agak sedikit licin dan colokan listrik hanya ada 1 aja, agak sedih dikit misal kalau ruangannya dipakai rame-rame. Tapi semuanya recommended. Nice bisa buat langganan.
