When there is a check-in problem, it takes too long for a solution because there is no responsible owner/manager/supervisor at the location, there are only 2 female employees, 1 receptionist and 1 room girl, there are no male officers/technicians if there is a problem with the TV and other things, the condition/quality of the mattress is not good enough and it is not comfortable for a partner to sleep on.

The worst inn I've ever been. The receptionist wasn't available when we checked out.

Kecewa banget, kamar mandi kotor, kasur ada kutu nya. Nginap di sini dapetnya bentol bentol, bukannya seneng. Udah yang pada mau booking di sini, cancel aja, percuma, gak nyaman jelek kamarnya. Atau yang udah booking cancel aja.

Pertama kali pilih hotel zonk. Saya rasa kamarnya fiktif. Memesan family room tapi pas check in di ganti room lainnya, dari gambar sih oke aja ya tapi setelah masuk sangat sangat zonk. 1. WC mampet, 2. Colokan hanya satu dan tidak ada T. 3. Yang paling parah kasurnya penuh kutu/tinggi. Saat yang lain sibuk membunuh lelah, kami sekeluarga sibuk membunuh kutu yang ada di kasur. Padahal kutu kasur sangat bisa mati hanya dengan di semprot saja, berarti staf dan managementnya memang sengaja tidak membersihkan kasur. Mending hanya satu dua, ini ratusan. Di selimut ada, di pojok kasur juga banyak sekali. Sepertinya management dan staf hotel telah merawat para kutu dengan penuh kasih sayang makanya bisa berkembang biak seperti itu. Gak lagi-lagi ke hotel ini. Semoga yang membaca review saya juga sadar jangan check in di hotel ini, murah memang tapi jangan terkecoh dengan harga murah karena tidak menjamin kualitas.

Resepsionisnya kurang tanggap dan jarang di tempat, untuk kamar dibersihkannya 3 hari sekali untuk menginap dengan jangka waktu yang panjang

For backpackers looking for affordable accommodation and easy access, this could be an option to stay. Night CI office services are still ready and served, no need to wait or call CS to ask for help with the CI process. The room is quite clean, the bathroom and toilet are quite spacious. Fragrant sheets and towels, incidentally got a pretty letoy mattress but good overall. Especially for backpackers it's not bad. The swimming pool is low tide. Incidentally the room can be next to the river, the sound of the water is serene.

Worth it pokoknya saran saya kalo nginep sini pilih kamar suite biar nyaman.

Facilities according to price, there are towels, check-in is fast, it's just that you don't need to leave an ID card.

I went in to the room and see that it is completely different than what this hotel has shown in app. The TV is an old one, not even a small LCD. The bathroom sure has heater, but it doesn't heat the water whatsoever. It doesn't even have a flush toilet; Unlike the one that is being promoted in the picture I saw in app. The bed wood is poorly maintained. Last but not least, there is no parking lot with roof to protect your vehicle.

Tempatnya tenang, dapat kamar dengan pemandangan waterboom yang sudah non aktif.

The place is comfortable, the rooms are clean, suitable for families or couples, the staff is friendly, can help, there are also cafes and restaurants that are super recommended at budget prices. Anyway, I don't regret staying here.

Swimming pool unusable (broken) no toothbrush & toothpaste. Expired shampoo soap. The staff is friendly.

The swimming pool can't be plugged in and can't be used either. Really disappointed but friendly friendly employees its okay.
