My wife and I stayed overnight on June 21, 2026, in room 203. At 6:30 AM, I went down for breakfast, and there were many empty stainless steel trays with no food on them. When I asked, they said the kitchen was still preparing the food, and some dishes had been served but were gone because there were 15 Western guests eating and they hadn't refilled yet. I asked if there were any noodle dishes, and they said there were vermicelli noodles but they hadn't been brought out yet. Meanwhile, breakfast is served from 6 AM. So what was I supposed to eat at 6 AM? What time did the kitchen staff start working?
The restaurant staff brought a cart to my table and other tables, clearing away the bowls and plates after the guests had finished eating. The spoons and forks clattered loudly in the sink, and the plates piled on top of each other made noise. In short, it was noisy from table to table around where I was sitting. Other hotels take the dishes inside and clean them up; this is the first time I've seen something like this at a hotel.
A 4-star hotel needs to reconsider its method of clearing bowls, plates, and dishes... it was already annoying even in the morning.
We stayed overnight on June 22, 2026. The next morning I went out for breakfast instead of eating at the hotel.
