Check-in process was seamless. Can go from car park to the room directly via the lift without passing by the lobby. The hotel room is enormously large and comfortable.

Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a lot of noise from birds from the porch all day long. It doesn’t bother me, but it might bother people who want their room super quiet. We loved the view of the marina from the swimming pool.

My first time ever spending time with family here since our weekend plans were a bit occupied with events. At first glance, the room shown in the ad was average. I thought it would just be a regular room, so I had no high expectations. But once I got in, my family were excited and thrilled to see such a spacious room, not to mention the balcony, the living room, the couch, the TV (Prism+) and of course the pool 🔥. They also provided an induction cooker, microwave, hair dryer, and an iron for guests' convenience. The plug points were more than enough. It was an amazing experience staying here. So if you’re spending some time in Iskandar Puteri, I’d recommend you to experience Trinidad Suites yourselves ☺️ Definitely will stay here again 🔥

Location is near Marina Walk. The room was very clean with complete amenities. Very nice swimming pool. Staff are friendly.

The most memorable hotel for our family during our vacation. Peaceful, quiet surroundings, right in front of a 24-hour restaurant. Excellent.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful views, and balconies. The pool offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the pier during the day, but it's dark at night. It's a long way to town. Thank you.

Everything was satisfactory, but there were two things that were aggravating. First, the Wi-Fi kept coming and going, even though my room was on the first floor. Second, I was "disturbed." In my entire life staying in various hotels, even those with unpleasant vibes, I've never been "disturbed" once. The Trinidad Hotel has a good vibe, so I didn't expect to be "disturbed" like that :(

Horrible experiences and room had loud throbbing sounds at the middle of the night. We couldn't sleep peacefully for 3 nights and also reported this and they mentioned that it was due to pipe issues and rectified. However, loud sounds were still present Play area for kids was under renovation... Similar buffet menu almost every day. We will never patronise this hotel again. Staff are impolite due to the phone calls that I received after check out.

Near Warung Emak and the place also good

This is my third time staying here and i really love staying at this this apartment. It is very affordable, clean and very spacious. My shower room this time did not come with the shower gel and shampoo affixed to the wall but small bottles were provided. There is a 24hours coffeeshop and mini mart right across the street.

Like the location near the harbor, mall, and there is a self-service laundry service by purchasing coins first at the reception.

Very good with affordable price, but service, facilities, and food are also good.

This is my second time staying here, check in was a breeze. I booked the 3 bedroom and the apartment is huge, bigger than my 5-room HDB! The MBR comes with on-suite bathroom while the other 2 rooms has a bathroom in between them. Other than these 2 bathrooms, there is another toilet without shower which i felt was super thoughtful. First time trying the breakfast and it was a little disappointing as there weren't much variety, can't complain much as the price difference with and without bf is very small. Highly recommended if u like large area at decent price.

The room is very spacious and the food is good.

The housekeeping is not available at night until 9am next morning. Not so convenient if you want anythg at night ie towels, mug, etc. have to wait the next morning.

The stay is great. Very huge room for the price point and my kids love the swimming pool.
