The first thing that scares me here is the parking problem. If the city has a ban on parking in front of the hotel, it is better to be flexible in coordinating or renting a parking lot and adding that money to the room rate. Everyone should note that if you drive a car, you have to go to the parking lot about 800 meters from the hotel and then have to pay money every time you take the car in and out, not to mention having to book a Grab from the parking lot to get back to the hotel. In addition to the late fee, it is also time-consuming and inconvenient for guests here. The hotel has a very inconvenient toilet, the toilet is tiny like a child's. If someone a little big sits on it, they are afraid it will collapse. The breakfast is not good either, but never mind because it is not too important. The surrounding area is very sad, there is only Phuc Long and Highland. The only plus point is that you can walk out to the beach, but the situation is more complicated in the evening because many people are drinking and looking like gangsters sitting on the beach. The staff spoke rudely, impolitely, mocking customers as if this was not a 5-star resort that required parking. Customers would feel that if they couldn't stay, they should leave, why stay. They said they were just security guards, not parking attendants (the staff was fat, white, night shift 04/29/2025). There are many ways to hope that customers would sympathize, but the way they spoke was very impolite. After staying once, they would never come back a second time. To be honest, I have stayed in the center of Nha Trang several times, there are hotels that are really in this price range, but they speak very politely. It's not because the price is low that they treat customers as if they need them very much.
