We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this hotel. We liked the comfy bed. The pool looked nice. We didn't use it. If you have mobility issues, there is no elevator.

Huge beautiful room and great staff!

Beautiful room and unbelievably comfortable bed. Shower was gorgeous too though in the room but with a divider- as a solo traveller, not an issue for me but worth noting!

The property is located in the best part of town for someone that wants to do shopping and visit downtown, everything is within walking distance. The property is an old house and it missing some of the hotel amenities like ice machines. I will stay there again next time I visit Merida.

My stay was good. The only issue I had, the toilet and shower were not clean. The shower had accumulated sand on the floor, and the toilet was dirty. After I brought it the staff’s attention, it was promptly cleaned.

The room was close to the center of the city. It was clean and comfortable.

They allowed late check out.. fixed the shower head immediately. Great rate in low season.

Centrally located very nice good service. The only complaint is there is no coffee on site on morning

Floor in the habitation was dirty. I used the small foot towel to wipe the floors and wore socks for two days. The pool was not operable. The ceiling fan in the habitation is dirty and needs the blades adjusted as it has a continual squeak.

Victor and his staff were amazing. Very helpful. The hotel is up and coming and could use a safe in room and vending machines for late night snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very pleasant place to stay on our night before our plane left out of country.

Hotels.com and others have this hotel as FABULOUS. Nothing fabulous when low shower water pressure (trickle) and less than lukewarm water...cold! Shower tile grimy, interior needs a fresh coat of paint and bathroom wall separated by plywood wall approximately 7 feet high and no ceiling. So all smell and sounds are in bedroom too. I asked another couple staying at opposite end of building and they were experiencing the same shower problems. I am a frequent user of this website and get rooms for my employees and me. First time we experience this horrible shower low water pressure and lukewarm water.

Nos hospedamos del 14 al 17 de marzo, las instalaciones del hotel estan aceptables lo terrible que no te puedes bañar apropiadamente por que no sale suficiente agua en las regaderas o incluso solo un pequeño chorro en ocasiones muy caliente o muy fria sin poder controlar la temperatura del agua y tuvimos la misma experiencia en las dos habitaciones de las que mi familia dispuso.

I enjoyed my stay at La Casona. Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was large and had AC. The pool was small, but refreshing after a long day in the sun. I'd go back again next time I'm in the area!

Property in excellent area close to central and many eateries. Victor was an excellent host very attentive to our needs. Even place candy in our room for valentine day, very nice touch for guest’s.

Rooms were not clean. Pool was not maintained and unusable. Very disappointing

Very nice hotel, but the room we had didn't have a "bathroom". It had a toilet and shower separated from the room by a thin wall with no roof. No privacy and a strange layout inside the bathroom area. Come on, put a roof on the bathroom.
