Great stay in a nice hotel

Hotel Indigo was amazing. The decor and remodel is remarkable but the service was even better. Staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. We will always choose this hotel when traveling to Omaha, no question. It’s truly perfection.

Indigo Hotel was adorable! So cute and felt like a boutique hotel with special touches. The location was perfect! Close to everything!

I loved everything about this hotel

It was a great stay! The staff was wonderful and even remembered us in our short stay. The hotel was so quiet and clean. Absolutely would stay again!

This is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything is beautiful and well thought out. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Be prepared to pay for parking either in the valet lot or on the street and walk a bit.

Staff were very pleasant and hospitable. Property smelled amazing and was very clean. The only issue I had was some of my lights were flickering and went out in my room. Otherwise the property and stay were nice!

ALL the staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely kind; especially Amber! She helped me with parking, finding a place to eat, helping me get my bearings around town and her personal interest was heart warming! Jackie at the bar was also kind and kept refilling ice for me and warm conversations. The ambiance and decor is amazing and welcoming!

The staff was really nice they accommodated us the valet lady she was really amazing she was nice and sweet the drinks were amazing the bartender made the perfect perfect sex on the beach for me also it was pretty neat that we got to see a wedding

Property is clean, it has a modern vibe with the necessities. Parking is expensive and there are no other great options near by.

They were completely unorganized and not competent to run a hotel.

Loved it!

Enjoyed the hotel room immensely. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and open and full of light. We came for a weekend get away and only left the hotel room for meals because we just wanted a break from being busy. We had the accessible bathtub and it was a bit complicated to figure out, but we eventually got it. The Nespresso pods were terribly strong and the provided add-on weren’t enough. Would have preferred a basic hotel coffee maker. Refrigerator took a day to get cool. The breakfast add-on was not worth it. It was “pick two” from cinnamon rolls, bagels, pastry, yogurt, coffee, juice. Either head out to a restaurant or buy the individual food you want at their breakfast shop. You won’t save any money with the package and probably won’t eat enough of the items to equal the cost. Valet or paid public parking only. They couldn’t park our car bc it’s standard transmission, but they gave us a discount for the valet lot.

GORGEOUS hotel. The lobby had wonderful details. I loved the speakeasy hidden by the snack station. The bar was very cute and offered great recommendations.
