It was a man in our room when we checked in he was doing drugs I immediately took pictures this room was nasty filthy an stank I will be contacting corporate

They had no running water and was not offering a refund! Horrible

it was close to market hall. Our room had a very unpleasant smell and the shower had mold growing all around the floor of the shower. Other than that it was quite comfortable.

Nice hotel with good parking and breakfast

The rooms are clean and well kept. The only problem was check in. It took about 20 minutes and the poor girl the was checking us in was slammed and there was no one helping her. Kudos to her as she never stopped smiling and being polite the entire time with everyone !

Costumer service is outstanding

What i didn’t like was when i checked in,they gave me the room and I went to my room and it wasnt ready(not yet cleaned)waited for another 30mins and they gave a different room..Unfortunately ro was filthy and bathroom really stink..I reported it the next morning .said someone gonna fix it..but I told the lady that I cannot stand another night in that room,so she gave me a different ..still the room is better than the first one but still some smell from the linen that has not been washed properly.

We stayed for 2 nights prior to heading to Wichita Falls for a family wedding. We arrived about 1pm & Jonathan was able to check us in, upgraded to a king suite at no additional charge. The room was spacious, clean & bed was comfortable. It had a fridge & microwave too. We did use the pool which was clean

Arrived at 11:30 AM. After waiting 30 minutes they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Finally after another 30 minutes of not telling us anything and checking in people who came after us they found us a room with a broken TV. We were told they were going to comp our room. Guess they just told us that to keep us happy for night cause they did not comp room.

For the price, this place was excellent. The remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Free parking was easy, and the gym and pool were both decent. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a well-priced and convenient place to stay.

Great place to stay for business in Dallas , no where else do I want to stay when I’m in Dallas. Great staff all around.

Everything was perfect for my vacation stay. This is my 2nd time staying here and they never disappoint.

The only issue we had was getting into the property. There was a car meet next door and those people were blocking the road and entrance to get to property. 45 minutes to get around the corner.
