Easy access to parking, super friendly staff, quick check in, clean and spacious rooms, amazing pool, big breakfast area with multiple choices for seating and complimentary coffee machine in the lobby and a well stocked bar for evening libations.

Water pressure in the shower was not good. Still got a shower but the set up made it that it had to be really hot to get good water pressure. If you turned the water temperature down to comfortable, the water pressure would drop.

The hotel is clean, modern, with comfortable beds and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you

The hotel itself is great - clean and a comfortable stay. Be aware that there is a more than $22/night charge for parking that is apparently mentioned in a list of "Property Amenities." Somehow a 3 night stay became a charge of $82.62 with taxes and fees in July 2025.

We traveled with our 3 grandkids. Had a rental car to tour Seattle. Parking at the hotel was great. The included breakfasts were amazing. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Overall this hotel was very good.

A nice modern hotel close to SeaTac with friendly staff. Parking costs extra. Breakfast was good.

The property is beautiful. Clean and in great condition. Unfortunately its right in the middle of a bunch of warehouses and work districts. Lots of semis and road traffic. And surprised by a $22 plus tax ($28) a night parking fee that i didnt see anywhere on thw description when i nooked the hotel.

The bed was comfortable. Our second night at the hotel we were woken up at 3:30am by 5 very drunk people sitting right near the front doors. Called the front desk and they did chase them away promptly. People in the room above us were very loud 2 different nights from 9:30 to midnight.

We stayed 4 nights, very nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff, great features as the back patio with fireplace, bbq and they serve a great breakfast with many choices. Definitely will recommend and we would love to come back

Honest Review from a Family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Kids) We stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights but only got 2, even though we paid for all 3. Our flight was canceled, so we called ahead to let the hotel know we’d be checking in a day late and staying an extra day to complete the 3-night stay. They confirmed it was fine. But on the second night, we were told we had to check out and were refused a refund for the third night. The manager blamed Expedia and only waived our parking fees — which we appreciated — but we were left without a room for the day with our 10, 8, and 1-year-old kids. The room itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We slept great and loved having the full kitchen. Breakfast had good variety and tasted good too. Unfortunately, the pool was extremely dirty — we saw someone's underwear left on the side and hair and grime by the steps. Very off-putting, especially compared to the otherwise clean hotel. The staff was friendly, but the lack of follow-through and compassion was disappointing. We tried to do everything right and were still left in a tough spot. We would’ve returned despite the pool, but the poor handling of our situation changed that. Unexpected things happen when traveling, and kindness goes a long way. We didn’t feel that here.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were extremely clean. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on! Seriously looked at the mattress tag to see what kind of mattress it was.
