Strategic location, with a 24-hour Matsunoya nearby, close to Sapporo Station. Worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located between Odori Park and JR Tower, making it easy to get around. The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, and there's a key card access system for the elevator. Additionally, there's a separate counter offering complimentary toiletries such as tea, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, which is helpful if you haven't brought your own.

My experience stay here was extremely excellent. The receptionist are helpful, room clean and I get room with window good view to see snow on the street. And hotel location are near Odori Park train station and mart. I will repeat stay here again. Recommended

I highly recommend this hotel. It may look small looking from the outside but not the comfort and amenities it offers. Booked twin room- the 2 of us can move freely even with the presence of our big luggage. The aircon functioned well. That's important to me. Most hotels at this time have heaters and overpowers the coldness I look forward in staying in Sapporo. Airport Limousine bus is 2 blocks away. If I followed Google Maps, it's farther.

Convenience from going to and from train station and bus stops. Walking distance from 5 to 10 minutes to Odori park, Tanukikoji, department stores, and Chuo bus terminal. The twin room is comfortable for 2 people to move around and with luggage in tow, unlike in Osaka with double the price but not comfortable to stay. Amenities are complete. The plus factors here are: the presence of washing machine and dryer in the ground flood, and mini sachets of facial creams and lotions are available. Though the heater is working, the aircon is working too. There were hotels we have stayed in this trip where the heater overpowered the aircon, so hot inside the room. So glad Koko Hotel is not among them.

Location is very good nearby central of the town you can walk to go Odari park and others.

The room is clean, near Sapporo station, easy access to the city, service for call taxi is good.

The rooms are not too spacious but still comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the amenities are complete, but some things you have to take yourself from the receptionist, such as cotton buds and cotton face, laundry is available.

Everything was great but I think they should change better shampoo.

I stayed here for 2 night and it was my first experience here. I'm happy with everything! Good price! Complete facilities! Good location! So I recommend!

Narrow room, bed too small for 2 people
