Has a lovely warm pool. Quiet but close to stuff

The pool was great. Access to the beach was great. The entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The other guests we chatted with were all happy, no one complained about anything. One guest reported it was his 25th year there. A short drive off the main road made it more quiet and relaxed.

No water for 4 days out of the 7 that we stayed. Even though it was 8 hours each day. It was very inconvenient. The place was clean and neat however the water interruption put a damper on our vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach and pool were awesome! Within walking distance of some shops, restaurants, market, and casino. The area was also driving distance to the Maho area. Recommend a car.

An excellent hotel. The location is good. Everything is within walking distance. Easy parking. Swimming pool. Jacuzzi. A great place for a family vacation. Staff is polite and attentive. If you forget something in your room, they will save it.

I loved the pool and beach area

Great location on the beach….but our room was facing rear parking lot. Very noisy and smelly! When we booked through VRBO the description of the property seemed to imply beach view. So needless to say we were very disappointed. Also, upon checking in there was an issue with my credit card….the front desk clerk was NOT being accommodating….practically suggesting “too bad” you can’t stay here. Even after 2 different cards from 3 different companies she was still being rude…it is only after her colleague suggested she use another terminal that it was confirmed it wasn’t my cards but rather their credit card terminal being faulty. Not once did she apologize!

The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. We rented a car and had free parking at the hotel. We had a lovely time. I’d stay there again.

The pool and beach is away from the villa

We were very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The check in went smoothly and our unit was ready for us. The resort is very clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way. It’s ideally located if you don’t want to explore the island and stay put. There are a number of very good restaurants within the immediate walking area or just a short drive away. The beach and pool areas are exceptionally clean with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The only problem we found is that people claim the chairs very early in the morning by attaching their beach towel to the chairs. The security staff does their best to monitor this with a time limit of it being unoccupied and unused. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we hope to visit again.

My family stays at this resort every year, this time around we were able to check in to the perfect pool view room. Traveling with small kids can be hectic but this was perfect.

We will be back! This hotel checked all of our boxes. See you soon.

It's Hilton...the Best!

All the staff were friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Late checkout was a bonus and much appreciated.
