Great hotel! Very convenient!

It was an ok stay. Booked during off season so price was very reasonable. Probably would not stay at regular price. Few windows for viewing but made up by nice rooftop with small pool. Staff except a few were apathetic about our staying there. Breakfast was so basic with watered down coffee and juice and no black tea and cheap herbal teas. Desayuno señora was muy simpático y accommodating. Guys helpful with room and luggage needs. Would try other places next time but their location was pretty good.

Clean rooms,good location close to everything. Breakfast needs improvement, need better coffee.

Jacuzzi and sauna was good. Couldn't used the pool it was close for maintenance. Otherwise Continental breakfast was great and staff was very professional.

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and new and the location was unbeatable.

Pool and breakfast were the highlights of the hotel. Did not use the spa. Was never offered by the way. Not the best staff experience besides the chef who was very cordial this morning. I had an issue with smoking outside on the terrace and they won’t give me back my deposit of 2,000.00 mxn pesos. Just for smoking outside when no one was around. My guests and I never once smoked inside the room

The staff was super attentive and friendly, the location of the hotel was fabulous with minutes walking sigan e to the town square and lots of attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The room was comfortable and clean and they replaced towels daily! Overall great experience. Although it’s close to downtown, it’s quiet at night, no issues at all. Super happy with the stay!

Perfectly clean room, great towels and sheets, good tv with good channels, fantastic location, great roof top deck with bar and a very small pool. Had a great time and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was ok but breakfast could be improved.
