Suitable for coming back again but when it's not a big day.

great mountain (volcano) view, and unique hotel with attic experience for kiddos. need to prepare more snacks. the only downside : many flies.

We stayed with my mother and sister from Yogyakarta, and booked a 2-bedroom joglo. It's right in front of the hot spring pool. We could soak in it in the afternoon and morning. Oh yeah, the pool water is changed daily. For dinner, we ordered fried rice. We give it a thumbs up for a villa of this size. The texture of the rice was just right, and the flavor was delicious, with a hint of spices. We might try the mezzanine room next time. However, as usual, there were still flies (this is due to the use of manure in Kintamani's farming system). To minimize the problem, we brought fly repellent.

The accommodation is quite clean. The atmosphere is comfortable... cool...

Near to mount batur for jeep tour activities . Owner and staff were very nice . They gave us free breakfast which is nasi goreng 🫶🏻 i enjoyed the ambience and surrounding (very nice view) ❤️ but do prepared , lot of flies in the morning but they will maybe leaving you at 5 pm . Don’t be surprised because kintamani is the farming area . i make a research before go , the farmer use organic fertilizer chicken that will attract the flies .

the hotel is very comfortable, there are many people selling food and laundry the downside is because I stayed for 2 days, so there was a lot of trash, no one cleaned the room

hot water on and off...needs to be improved

For the bathroom, the water drainage is a bit high, so the smell that spreads to the sleeping area makes us uncomfortable.. The room door is a bit difficult to lock & open.. Just a suggestion.. Before the room is used by guests, it would be nice if all bathroom preparations, including soap, tissue, trash bags, sprayed air fresheners and bathroom fresheners (camphor), and tea are provided before guests arrive... In my opinion, yesterday there were still many shortcomings when I entered the room it was a bit stuffy and not very fragrant... and for the staff, please provide information for breakfast / dinner.. The water is too small but it's ok, the wifi is a bit slow and there is not enough TV access if you are willing to provide Netflix services or provide a flash disk to watch some good films so you don't get bored.. There is not enough campfire to relax at night in front of it.. This is just a suggestion from me & some criticism.. hopefully it can be improved in the future.. thank you 💞

the hotel is very good, the price is right on the application, it's just that I went to this hotel from Amed so the road is super extream. Please check the soap, I forgot to refill the bath soap when I was there.

Clean room. Has car park. Reception welcoming us while check in, meanwhile nobody during check-out. We had duplex wooden house and I was nice. Minus flies/lalat everywhere. Overall okay. Note, not located near lake.
