The room was small, the toilet wasn't good, the drain was slow and easily overflowed, and the bidet spray couldn't be adjusted to a smaller size. The hotel didn't proactively clean the room, change towels, or provide extra drinking water; sometimes guests would forget to remind the reception staff when they went out... Overall, I wasn't very happy with the room I booked.

I arrived in Da Lat early and tried contacting the staff to check in at 4:30 AM (instead of 2:00 PM). The staff were very helpful and provided all the necessary information. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic in guiding guests during their stay!

The location is a plus because it's about 1km from Da Lat market, and we can go for a walk. The staff is nice and supportive. The price is affordable. However, the hotel is still under renovation so it is sometime noisy. The bathroom which is pretty old is a minor. Hope that everthing will be improved soon.

The room was smaller than in the photo, a bit stuffy. When I first checked in, the bed sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled and not straight, looking like bulbs. The elevator takes a long time, but it's close to the center. There is no tissue paper in the room😔. If you need to wipe your mouth or hands, use toilet paper

Padona would like to thank you for choosing Ksan to stay. The room I booked was Standard, so the area is not as large as a higher room category. Ksan also provides the full area on Traveloka, when guests check out of Ksan. Always replace all sheets and blankets. In case of wrinkles, maybe the laundry department is not handling it well and we will fix it right away. Thank you very much for always contributing to ksan to improve day by day. Hopefully next time you have the opportunity to serve me, you will have a better experience!

The soundproofing of the room is not good, so guests come in and out and talk very loudly. Space is also a bit tight. Especially in the evening after 10:00 p.m., guests still come in and out noisily. When I tried to tell the receptionist, there was no one on duty.

Padona would like to sincerely thank you for choosing to stay at Ksan and for your valuable comments to make Ksan better and better. Because I stayed on the weekend, the hotel's guest count is almost full, so it may not be completely quiet. I hope you understand. In case the receptionist is not at the counter, the staff will check the receptionist's camera. I'm cleaning glasses in front of the lobby. There's always someone on duty at the reception. Looking forward to serving you next time, I can upgrade to a more spacious room than the standard room for a better experience.!

Quá tệ😡.phòng giá không rẻ mà như vậy, phòng ngủ tới bị dột ướt cả người, toilet nhỏ, có mùi, có con gián 2 phòng, quạt kêu to như máy cày 3 phòng đều bị, sáng mới 7h sửa chữa khách sạn go rằm rằm không ngủ được phải check out luôn 8h, a phòng mình ở trong phòng trên tường có con gì nhỏ li ti bo rất nhiều nhìn ghê lắm, mọi người nên cân nhắc, Gia đình tôi thuê 3 phòng.
