As a transit hotel it is ok. I bring my bicycle to the hotel room. For someone who go with bicycle and want to use intercity bus this hotel located in the exit gate of intercity bus terminal bungurasih. The hotel only provide 2 small bottle of water, soap, and toot brush. The towel is clean, and bathroom shower with hot water is enough for traveler. This is not a business trip hotel but it is enough for traveler.

Ordered a city view but got a bus view, couldn't choose the room

I chose this hotel because of its good 8.6 reviews... It turned out the reality was very different. The AC wasn't cold enough, the sheets were old... They had to be thrown away... The internet was also very slow.

I was able to change for free. The room was comfortable, with cool air conditioning, hot water, a large TV, and free Wi-Fi. However, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, as if it hadn't been scrubbed enough.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the staff is friendly. Only when we checked in we saw some female entertainers. Although they didn't bother each other, it was just a little uncomfortable, because they sometimes sat with guys in the smoking area that we always passed when we wanted to go to the room.
