Hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms. The lobby is very comfortable. I hope access road should be improved

Beautiful hotel and very peaceful. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Only 2 small things that could be improved were the items on the menu didn’t taste very good (except breakfast which was fine) and our bathroom was not always cleaned well (plus toiletries weren’t replaced when low, so had to ask reception twice). Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel is nice and has a stallion, so great view from the room when it sunrise and sunset.

Very suitable for those who need peace. The comfortable atmosphere of the hotel environment, interesting choices of activities... make us feel at home and want to come back there. But besides these good things, please pay attention to the road facilities for access to the hotel.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi disconnects. And a warning, the hot water runs out quickly. One person's shower runs out immediately, the second person is cold.

The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful starting from room reservations, free airport pick-up, given extra welcome cake and basket fruit, there is horse rent and bike rent, you can ride horses and rent bikes to go around the hotel, every night there is live music in the swimming pool area.. also get a spa tester voucher for 10 minutes when you first check in. The room is also very comfortable, spacious, the bathroom is clean.. this hotel is the best.. next time will come back for a family vacation..

Access to there could perhaps be better roads and the variety of food for breakfast could be more varied.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a children's play area, the lobby is nice and instagrammable.

Comfortable and quiet location near the sea, the room is clean and bright not scary, the environment is good for morning and evening exercise. The food is quite good and there are many choices

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, in 2 types of rooms, namely deluxe double sea view and deluxe double garden view. Actually, it is not quite right to be called a sea view because the sea view is very far away, blocked by mangrove trees even though the room price is more expensive than the garden view. In general, cleanliness is maintained and the service is satisfactory, only the room is not soundproof. The sound of other guests walking and talking in the hallway of the room, especially after midnight, is very disturbing to rest. The food at the Tanarara restaurant is quite good, my favorite is the margarita pizza.

WIFI is horrible, Indosat coverage is OK, telkomsel coverage is acceptable, XL coverage is non existence. Room noise insulation is poor, it is noisy inside the room from external noises. Food option during breakfast could be improved. Does not have direct access to real beach despite the name. For the price, I will stay at this hotel again should I visit Waingapu.

Stayed Kambaniru hotel in Waingapu. The room had a clean and fresh smell that I really enjoyed. The hotel itself is quite new and has a charming tropical resort style, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.*Cons:*- The breakfast selection was somewhat limited.- There were issues with internet and phone signal.- Room amenities were not complete. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

Hotel staff need to maximize their hospitality.
