The room is narrow, Deluxe 1, I think it should be Deluxe 2 but I don't understand, I saw the wrong picture on Traveloka or something. The bathroom is clean but smells like a septic tank. You must take a private vehicle for the long way ahead. The towels weren't changed the second day. Complimentaries were also not added on the second day. The AC is noisy. The towels are very small. The hotel also keeps the KTP during the stay.

Kasur masih ada plastik jadi tidur tidak enak karena ada plastiknya dan bunyi kresek kresek, dan saya ada tertinggal earphone di meja kamar dan pihak rits garden tidak bisa di hubungi dengan no telpon yang tertera di web nya. Jadi bingung telpon ke mana?

Very comfortable and very satisfying hotel. Not inferior to star hotels. Excellent facilities. Highly recommended. Thank you.
