The place is comfortable for a staycation with family

I've stayed here twice, I swear it's really comfortable. The sheets and blankets are always new and fragrant, the cooking utensils are very complete, even a mortar and pestle. It's just that there's no mat on the floor in front of the TV under the sofa bed for watching Netflix, but overall it's really great 😍I want to vacation here again next time.

The view is directly to the sea and swimming pool, the equipment in the room is complete, there is a mortar and pestle for chili sauce too, you won't regret it.

The TV is a bit error. Maybe the TV is old, access to the pool is very far away.

Best location, the tower is closest to Plaza Balikpapan 👍🏼 Then the unit is close to the swimming pool. The service is good, informative. The facilities are complete, spoons, forks, glasses, plates, knives, pans, water heaters, rice cookers, gallon water dispensers, all are there. I just moved the table because my child likes to run around. I used the chair to cover the dispenser because my child likes to play with the dispenser. In my opinion, overall it is good. But the rice cooker has a lot of scratches, it seems it should be replaced and some drawers should be wiped clean before guests arrive. The mattress is a bit soft so when I wake up my back hurts a little.

Good for staying with a large family. Close to Balikpapan Center Mall. The apartment is quite comfortable and the facilities are quite complete. The service is very friendly and fast response when asked.

I brought my twin sons who both use wheelchairs, everyone in the apartment really helped me, thank you, I was impressed..

Tempatnya cocok buat berlibur bersama keluarga, bersih, rapi, nyaman. Ada kolam renangnya luas, ada dapur jadi bisa masak segala. Dekat pula dengan mall, sehingga nggak perlu keluar jauh, cukup jalan kaki sudah sampai Mall Balikpapan. Dapet kamar yang pemandangannya ke pool dan laut, keren. Staf dan owner sama-sama ramah. Ketika awal masuk saja agak repot karena apartemen sewa, ga ada resepsionis, menuju arah parkir lantai 10 muter-muter bikin pusing. Overall good, worth the price.
